The 0-60 Society team came to us with a unique proposal: Combine car storage with co-working space. This combination has not been seen before in the Houston area, and as architects, we loved their vision for a memorable experiential space that resonated with their target customers. We got started on creating their pilot design, which can be tweaked and rolled out to new locations.
0-60 Society’s pilot space offers a community atmosphere for high-achieving car enthusiasts. 12,000 SF of office space overlooks an indoor parking area for luxury and performance vehicles. An entertainment lounge provides relaxing space for tenants, while the center double-height atrium has a stadium staircase that can be used as break-out space during business hours or for events after hours.
When we wrapped up the design and drawings for 0-60 Society, they approached us with another concept: a body shop that would be located next door and provide synergy for the needs of high-end car owners. 0-60 Customs is the brand’s second concept, offering vinyl wraps, paint protection films, paint and body work, and detailing. This two-building complex will be a one-stop shop for car enthusiasts in Houston.
