Top-notch amenities keep tenants (and Landlords!) happy. The Williams Tower in Houston needed a first-class fitness center that would attract and retain tenants and keep up with the competition in class-A office towers.
Our team created a space plan that took advantage of the ground-floor windows, allowing tenants to look outside while they focused on their fitness. We created multiple options for an entry feature wall: a sophisticated material application onto the wall, or a dynamic light-show projected on etched glass. The landlord group selected the first option for broad appeal and timelessness.
